Bu otel projemiz burada daha \u00f6nce mevcut olup y\u0131k\u0131lan otelimizin yerine yap\u0131lmakta olan ve ilave herhangi bir y\u00fcksekli\u011fi olmayan bir projedir. Sadece zemindeki su seviyesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclerek yap\u0131lan bir kot y\u00fcksekli\u011fi d\u00fczenlemesi var. Onun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda projeye sad\u0131k kalarak, hem \u00e7evre d\u00fczenlemesi hem de odalar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan ilerliyoruz. Oda say\u0131s\u0131, oda mimarileri, \u0131s\u0131tmas\u0131, iklimlendirmesi, restoran\u0131, mutfa\u011f\u0131 her \u015fey en ince ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131na kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekonomik kriz sebebiyle maliyetlerde %200\u2019lere varan art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan Ba\u015fkan Eri\u015f, \u201cEkonomik zorluklara, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmesi zor maliyet art\u0131\u015flar\u0131na ra\u011fmen proje ilerliyor.
